Writing Strands – Using a step-by-step, structured format, Writing Strands teaches students how to compose in the four main “strands” of writing: creative, argumentative, research and report, and explanatory. Mastery of these four strands prepares students for college and careers. Students learn the mechanics of writing during practical composition exercises. Ages 3-18.
