Today’s Good Word – Because, it’s all about a Relationship

A simple statement but a most profound one; I believe in order for us to raise to the level of our promise, it.s imperative that we know how much our God loves us. It is the key to unlocking our idiosyncrasies and all our hang ups. This can only be attained by having a relationship with God. So it is my goal to provide .one. opportunity for us to get closer to Him. Simply stated, issue the word of God every day and challenge all of us to get deeper in Him. It is free of charge to subscribe to Today.s Good Word.

Welcome to Peachtree Corners Homeschool Co-op (PCHC)!
Our purpose is to support Christian Homeschoolers living near Peachtree Corners/Norcross area (and beyond) through social, biblical, and educational activities. Coming in Fall 2012, We will be offering 3 Homeschool Options where you are able to customize homeschool classes that suit your family. You can choose one, two, or all three options: Tapestry of Grace, Year 4 (why year 4? So our High School students can receive their US History credits)--open to your whole family to study the same topics at the same time (I like that with 2 young children and a high schooler finally we are learning together); Friday Co-op meeting on the 2nd and 4th Fridays for 8 meetings; and/or Weekday Homeschool Classes (a-la-carte) paying the tuition directly to the teachers. Our REGISTRATION is OPEN, starting on 6/18/12 until classes are full. We will continue registration even after classes start as there is always room for one more..

Here is a link to Tapestry of Grace, Year 4: http://www.tapestryofgrace.com/year4/
We are meeting together August 1st to plan our 4 units of Year 4, each conveniently separated into 9 week teaching units. We want to meet together to decide which classes we want to teach together, to organize how to keep on task, and to encourage each other in the teaching process as we have a lot of material to cover for the year. Our Schedule will coincide with both our Weekday Homeschool Classes and our Friday Co-op. We already have several classes scheduled at Friday Co-op to compliment Tapestry of Grace curriculum including: all Art Classes by Out of the Box, Music Appreciation by Music Life Studio (MLS), and Current Events with God's World News, Middle & High School Book Discuss Club and a few more...Come join us on this amazing journey learning history together from 1900's to present, 18 weeks per term organized into 4 units of 9 weeks. We can do this together taking small bites of nourishment together...

PreK-12 Teachers
The Solomon of Arts & Sciences provides families needing innovative teachers and tutors for their children. We are here to provide full education or supplement curriculums for parents wanting a change from the current school system curriculum. We are a group of independent teachers that work together in providing your child with a progressive program designed to stimulate interest in all subjects by making it fun. Each child is taught on a personal and individual level. Children with special needs are welcome.
We provide independent, certified teachers that will come to your home, welcome you into theirs or will meet in a public space suitable for learning. We will help strengthen your child’s abilities on all core subjects. We will also provide a stimulating and creative curriculum that will allow your child to have an experience, not just a tutoring session. We can also provide group socialization opportunities for children like field trips.
