European School of Music and Chess (“ESMC”) is celebrating 20 years of enriching Atlanta’s residents’ lives with fine musical concerts
and instruction for children and adults. ESMC has unique teaching methods, which follow the fundamental principles of
classical pedagogy, and the priceless heritage of world-renowned composers and music performers.
The European School of Music method of teaching not only significantly develops musical abilities, understanding of music, and a long-lasting
love of music, but also helps to develop intellectual abilities, focus, concentration, and attention–all of which help students reach their full academic potential. The school also teaches the relaxation techniques that are extremely important in music studies and can be beneficial in every aspect of people’s lives. ESMC offers private lessons for children and adults in Piano, Violin, Viola, Saxophone, Guitar, Flute, Accordion, and Voice, which teach students how to develop proper technical skills, beautiful instrumental tone and reach the full potential of their musical talents. In addition to music lessons, ESMC individual chess instruction helps to develop logical thought processes, analytical abilities, and concentration.

In celebration of its 20th anniversary, ESMC has developed an exciting new program “Beyond Tutoring…Improving Academics!”, which includes combination lessons, such as Piano-Voice, Piano-Violin, Piano-Chess, Chess-Math, Piano-Chess-Math, Voice-Language Arts, Voice-Music Theatre, Music-Creative Writing, Music-Critical Thinking.
