A group for those in the Gwinnett County area to share information about homeschooling info, events and activities. The idea is to “connect” homeschoolers from different groups. This is not a chat group although you may ask questions regarding homeschooling. Replies go directly to the sender.

The group is geared toward, but not limited to, Christian Homeschoolers.

Formed in 1992 to provide high school level baseball, since that time, varsity basketball (boys and girls), junior varsity basketball (boys and girls), middle school basketball (boys and girls), elementary basketball (boys), junior varsity baseball and girls fast pitch softball have been added. In the future, GGC hopes to add more homeschool sports programs.

All Varsity Programs hold national titles past and present and offer an astounding amount of exposure for the serious homeschool athlete. Travel is involved but is done in a very family friendly atmosphere that will afford wonderful memories for your athlete and your family.

Force High School Football was sponsored by the GA Force Arena team in 2004 and has been in the GFL (now GFC) playoffs every year since its inception. We are two time State Champions. We encourage a family atmosphere in ALL that we do.. from the players and cheerleaders, to waterboys and family fans and volunteers. We seek to grow men and women of strong Christian character.

Ages 12-14 boys are middle school/JV and 15-18 are varsity. All girls to date are part of the Varsity cheer squad which does high level stunting and requires the same time commitment, if not more, than football.

We have been in the community for 12+ years with the intention of offering extra-curricular academic activities to homeschoolers in our area. It is our desire to offer activities for the home school community that would not otherwise be available in only the family home or a smaller group setting.

We offer science and history fairs. Some years, we offer academic team events like Science Olympiad and NCFCA Speech and Debate. We have parties and social activities and try to offer activities for ALL ages. We also have a high school graduation in May and a yearly used book sale.

DASCH – Dunwoody Area Support for Christian Homeschoolers

Dunwoody Area Support for Christian Homeschoolers (DASCH) is a support network for Christian families who have chosen to home school their children. Through co-op classes, park days, field trips, email lists, moms’ support meetings and other social events, we provide opportunities to connect with other homeschoolers.

We welcome all families who are willing to agree with our statement of faith and handbook. We have participating families in Fulton, Gwinnett, & Dekalb Counties.
