• After July 15, 2025, name badges will no longer be mailed and must be picked up at the door. 
• All Registrations/Badges are batch mailed in late June/Early July
• REFUND POLICY FOR ALL EVENTS – There are no refunds. All registrations are final and not eligible for refund under any circumstance. Registrations may not be resold or transferred.
• All information submitted is kept private and not sold to anyone.
