Beakers & Bricks produces print and self-paced online experiment-based food science and physics courses with offerings for age 6 through high school. Food science is a great career path and everyday useful knowledge. One print and one line Food Science course for ages 6 through 10, the rest are all intended for ages 10 and up with the sweet spot being the junior high into high school age range (when they should be able to do the courses on their own). This includes the popular Introduction to Food Science series and Introduction to Physics & Engineering which uses LEGO bricks for the experiments. An additional educational entertainment offering is for the whole family, an online only series called Edible Knowledge for the Curious Cook, designed to take the mystery out of mystery ingredients and teach food science principles that help you become a better cook.
