The Edible Knowledge® course series provide in-depth science education options for ages 6 and up, including print course materials and self-paced online formats. Food science courses, authored by a professional food scientist, introduce concepts that are then reinforced by kitchen-based experimentation. Food science is the science of cooking, helps you understand what is happening to food as it’s prepared, and can help you be a better cook. Another course teaches physics and engineering using LEGO® bricks and includes a food science experiment as well.
